David B. Morris Foundation aims to promote community service initiatives in Canton, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

 

Our Strategy

The primary aim of this foundation is to fund a scholarship given in the name of David B. Morris to an outstanding graduating senior at Canton Area High School who excelled in community service and outreach during their time in school. To that end, the strategic action for the David B Morris Foundation will be to sponsor events and other fundraising processes by which an endowment can be raised to continue to scholarship for many years. Additionally, it is the long-term goal and hope of the David B. Morris Foundation board of directors to also provide assistance and sponsorship to other community initiatives in the region.

 

Our Story

Reverend David B. Morris of Canton, Pennsylvania, left a legacy of service which continues to inspire individuals in the community. It is in his name and with this spirit that we formed the David B. Morris Foundation to promote community service initiatives in both Canton and the surrounding region.
